Abstract

Translation: Ted relates a story by Jacqueline Meketa, The Revenge of Girijalva on the Apaches, Old West, which recounts a 10-year-old boy’s experience w/the Apaches. The boy is
kidnaped, learns the Apache ways, but is able to escape. As a guide/interpreter for Gen. Carlton, Fort Bowie, AZ, the boy has his revenge on the Apaches.
